I love this French Mani. It combines 2 of my favorite colors – blue and silver. Pink heart is totally optional 🙂 . I only do it for my clients, who love Valentine’s Day Nail Art. But these nails are one of the most requested winter manicures every year. Without the heart design, they remind me of shimmering ice. I can’t get enough of icy winter nails. They make cold winter feel more magical. These nails are so fun, but elegant at the same time. They are perfect for every day. But clients asked for them for winter vacation, ice skating date, ski trip, holiday parties. I’ve worn them as my Christmas manicure and New Year’s Eve manicure in the past. And so have many of my clients.
To create these nails I used:
- A sheer blue gel polish as a base color
- My favorite sparkly silver metallic gel polish for glitter French tips
- a chalky pink gel polish and a dotting tool for the heart design
These nails can be easily created as both regular and a gel no chip manicure. My clients love them and I hope you guys do as well. Or it will give you inspiration to create your own version of this Valentine’s Day Manicure. So many color combinations to play with!
