These Holiday Nude-Gold Glitter Ombre Nails are one of my all time faves! They are so perfect for New Year’s Eve nails or Christmas nails. But can really be worn for the entire holiday season! It Or any time of the year for any season or occasion.
BUT I actually created them few years ago for my client, who was going to Vegas. She wanted simple, but Vegas-ey nails 🙂 . She absolutely loved it!!
Sparkly, shimmery, metallic gold, silver and champagne nails are a major Holiday Nail Trend again. And these Nude-Gold Glitter Ombre Nails are perfect!
Especially for those, who wear no chip manicures for several weeks.
The nude base color makes the outgrowth barely noticeable. So if you wear a no chip manicure, you can really stretch it out. But even for a regular manicure it usually last a long time. My clients insist that adding glitter polish on the tips adds extra durability.
But this glitter fade nail design can also be done at the cuticle area. It looks beautiful either way. And you can go as heavy or as light on sparkles as you or clients prefer.
To create these Nude-Gold Glitter Ombre Nails:
I used a nude nail polish with slight shimmer as a base color. And a gold glitter nail polish to create glitter fade on the tip.
This look can be created with either regular or no chip gel polish.
And of course the star of the show is the combination of chunky and fine glitter ombre fade. I used my favorite glitter polish that comes in both regular and gel polish. But it can also be achieved with loose glitter.
