Black Manicure with Silver Rhinestones

If you are due for your no chip manicure right before New Year’s Eve these Black Nails with Silver Rhinestones are perfect. By the end of December, most people are on the sparkly manicure overload. But most of my clients just cannot go plain. So this black mani will still be festive enough for any holiday party, but is elegant and simple enough for post holiday nails. It is a perfect winter manicure that will not leave you bored.

I am completely obsessed with black nails. Black is one of the very few manicures I would wear plain and still be completely happy. BUT black nail polish looks amazing as a base for any nail design or nail art. And black is so versatile. It compliments any outfit or jewelry and will not clash with any other colors you are wearing.

When I cannot decide what nail polish color or nail design I am in the mood for I always go with these Black Nails with Silver Rhinestones. Especially during cold weather seasons. But I have been guilty to wear them in the spring and even summer. For me this manicure is kind of like that little black dress most of us have and wear when in doubt. My clients who do not prefer glitter (there are not many, but some : ) ) love this nail design for their Christmas, New Year’s and even Valentine’s Day Manicure.

To create this Black Nails with Silver Rhinestones I used:

  • My favorite black gel nails polish
  • Silver Crystals or Rhinestones

For clients who are really hard on their hands or wear their no chip manicure for several weeks, I often use chunky glitter instead of crystals or rhinestones for longer durability and wear.

This nail look can be easily created and worn as both regular and a no chip gel manicure. I hope you guys try it and love it as much as me and my clients. Or it inspires you to create your own version.

Have a safe, healthy, magical and happy 2021!
